Cancellation Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
Store-Initiated Cancellation

Cashfree fraud alerts
Stock unavailability
Incorrect pricing
Refunds follow Cashfree processing timelines.
Return & Replacement Policy
Returns are accepted if:
Product is damaged
Wrong item delivered
Manufacturing defect
Conditions:
Issue must be reported within 48 hours
Product must be unused and in original packaging
Images/videos required as proof
Refund Policy
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used via Cashfree.
Refund Timelines
UPI: 2–3 business days
Cards/Net Banking: 5–7 business days
Wallets: 24–48 hours
May vary based on bank or Cashfree settlement cycles.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:
Product is used or intentionally damaged
Return request is late
Packaging is missing
